Benefits of Purchasing Used OEM Wheels/Rims!

Hiya! This weeks discussion is a highlight of pre-owned OEM wheel and rim product purchase. What are the pros? Are there any cons? There are a variety of reasons why purchasing used wheels may be your best option.

1. Pricing
For starters, have you seen the prices on the brand new OEM wheels/rims from a local dealership? Each wheel brand, year, make, and model is unique. As some of you may (or may not know) some of the older OEM wheels/rims are compatible with multiple vehicles of current YMM (year, make, model) of your car. For example, if you require a used product for a 2016 Honda Accord - wheels from previous years may be compatible with your vehicle and simultaneously save you some coin. Now, don't go taking this example to heart- some wheels are one-of-a-kind or specific for YMM (not very common).

2. Selection
Now, let us talk about the older, more seasoned vehicles. Some misfortune happens, and suddenly you're scrambling for a new wheel, and the dealership no longer carries it - WOMP - this is where looking for a pre-owned wheel comes in handy. More than likely, an automotive wheel parts store has your product in stock!

3.Exclusivity
Lastly, let's bring up your brand spanking new  Porche. This car is worth more than the average consumer vehicle- meaning that OEM wheels for this and similar vehicles can cost an average of $3,000 per wheel. A used wheel may cut that price in half.
