Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, congenital disabilities or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes, workplaces, or released into the environment. By requiring that this information is provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

| As an importer, supplier, and service provider of automotive wheels and wheel accessories, OEM WHEEL SHOP hereby provides a Proposition 65 warning based on knowledge of the presence of one or more listed chemicals without evaluating the exposure. Products we carry may contain chromium and/or lead in amounts considerably below the safe harbor levels as outlined by the State of California, but we have decided to issue a warning out of caution.
